It is a shame that a company that had soo much potential has been destroyed by one person. I will again quote Joe Pesci from one of my favorite movies 'Casino'.... "You (Brian) put my f***ing money to sleep" as this is exactly what he has done with our shares. I will also ask this question again, as it had not been answered from a previous post. This is a public company, isn't it a requirement on some sort of annual basis that a proxy be sent to shareholders affirming current or new board members/officers?

Al....its as simple as it can be. When new sales are reported, we get profitability due to low cost structure.. And sales are coming. There are also limited shares available, so pps will also come quickly. Those are the important factors which the market will find out about when they happen.

The stock market is run by greed and fear. Some of you guys are projecting your fears because you want company confirmation of information that we find and discuss here....and already know about.


When sales close, at some point there may be the opposite sentiment from some of the same people here. This is the cycle you see over and over again in the stock market.
