Well Fast, solar can work for very small applications like a rural home if you have $20k handy. Only gov't subsidized operations can function and even then at 10 times the cost of coal and natgas at 10 times less efficiency.

Because the high orders of ammo for the gov comes first, leaving ammo for We The People to be produced only as the factory has time to produce it.
