Tough to argue with that with the lack of transparency here. If he's genuine, he'll man up and at least announce the auditor he's chosen. Then we can contact auditor direct to verify. If not, well he'll just keep diluting and prove the bashers right. I'm hoping he goes with plan A. If the drinks are selling well, plan is his best option no matter what he has been before. We'll see.
