and bought gas last night in Bordentown NJ for $2.05. There are rumors of a couple of stations further south in NJ at $1.97. Few long faces at the pump these days. Less than $25 for a fillup. Christmas beckons. Walmart numbers beat expectations. Talk about conservative projections this quarter by ceos fearing a recession and reprecussions in such a case for them if they are seen as over-optimisitic. We are in for a good quarter or two. Fed should be finished as the fear of oil induced inflation wanes. Deflation anyone??? I am thinking rates will be coming down by second half of 06. Mike
