Well there is no rebound guaranteed with the present dilution.It may never rebound.When you always have more supply than demand you will not have a rebound.Look at Prrm and you will see what i mean.Both stocks have a bloated o/s and dilution and a product.Just because you have a real product doesn't mean anything when you have constant dilution as both of them have.
