Good article. My only TWO criticisms are that it spends way too much time selling books. And, the other criticism is that the very words "this time is different" imply that it has never been different before. Wasn't it just 5 years ago that the Nasdaq hit 5100 and change intraday. Five years later, it is 60% lower. The point is that "this time is different" is sometimes already proven to be true!
