Too many business developments going on here to call this a lie. 17 mil restricted shares recently issued, a lender who has approved an 8.5mil loan ( if it was a lie they could get in a lot of trouble for issuing a fraudulent PR).The float has gone up to achieve business objectives which has had effect of bringing the SP down IMO. We could receive a PR for funding anytime. It will turn this thing around in a hurry.
