We have all been fooled not just him.Just dont make any decisions to buy anymore based on what Frank says.That was my mistake.Will not get fooled again.Right now i probably will not average down.Too much downside still.Charts look terrible now with the .0004 close.I think this will be another Prrm with the constant dilution and the bloated o/s.Doesn't look good for us regardless what the pumpers want you to believe.Jmo.
