i've done a fair amount of research on ventana group. you can look up SEC filings of other public companies that they close with on financing. why would they fake this deal and be legit with the others?

that makes no sense at all.

why, after being legit with other companies would they pull a scam here, land themselves in prison, and ruin their careers?

great..o'course...their should be other DD to go along with those letters to determine viability..and 50M?..that much to go to a pink would be a red flag IMO anyway..gothcha though..
