I do not either...however when a lender issues a bonified commitment letter and in essence promises to fund when certain conditions are met I believe them..and actually he has produced something...the asset they control has been estimated to have close to 100 million dollars worth of oil...or more..not bad for a ceo that has produced "nothing"..
