Recycling the dividend news without any additional clarification
seems to be intended for new investors... like myself.

Maybe we see the word 'dividend to be declared'.... and mindlessly BUY.

Only later do we realize that the company has NO MONEY...
to pay for a cash dividend.

Others have suggested that we could receive fractional
SafeCode (Symbol SAFC)shares...which so far appear to
be rather thinly traded.

What do you expect we 'might' receive?
