The ATM can actually help us at these low prices. Partnering now, at these prices, would give the BP a greater percentage of our pipeline

75mil at $1.67 (today's price), we could offer BP roughly 45mil shares. Add to that the existing shares (133 + 45mil) would give us a total of 178mil shares outstanding. BP would have a 25% share in PPHM

All this assuming that zero dollars of the $75mil have been sold
