I have never heard anything like that said about shorting. If you find it somewhere out in the internet world be sure to post it here. I mean how could they demand that they get out after a suspension. Its just not done that way.
There were people shorting pre-suspension who have been holding for the trips that never happened. It makes sense they'd get out at .0020 because thats probably a bottom.
There was no major dumping of shares and the buyback did happen as will be revealed in time.
