1. ZMP hasn't done anything with GOSY other than get a free carebot they can use for parts. 2. ZMP hasn't paid GOSY one dime. 3. ZMP's capital is 30 million yen, that's about $320k. GOSY is more than 20 times larger and though ZMP appears to have many more products for sale than GOSY, they're hardly "first tier" anything.
I will grant you that unlike GOSY, ZMP appears to be a real company, which explains why they seem to have taken the carebot and run.
