IMO.. "Debt Owed" to shareholders, $10M Worth!!.. by the way, was why I Caps'd "ALL DEBTS".. I was using sarcasm and not "Spinning a Fine Web of Deceit".. My Bad in not communicating more clearly.. however, me thinks most here know the difference between Deficit & Surplus, as well as the difference between Debt & Assets
