volk, ventana and smith have had a history as per a filing in which Virgin and Paxton were supposed to merge Ventana was finianing the deal with 25 mil loan but volk couold not come up with the 5mil and Virgin was in Chapter 7. ithink this has come full circle and thye will finish what they started... Just my opinion
