Thank you - I appreciate that. I just worry about others betting the farm on this like the horror stories I heard last time around. At this stage I think it is a great bet with possible great or phenominal returns - just bet what you feel confortable loosing at the end of the day. Maybe it was just chatter - but there were some sad stories.

There's always a reason. You don't just up and move a shell for no reason and reincorporate in DE unless you're planning to do something big with it. There are tax advantages in DE (but that doesn't make sense for an empty shell, does it?)'

Obviously the play is very big in the long term scheme of things. You have to understand that this a huge move, because no one moves an empty shell to DE with the intention of doing nothign with it. DE has many advantages for large corporations for tax reasons.

It's obvious an RM is going to take place. We just have to wait for news and a PR. IMHO, load up here as large of a position as you can. Chances are, it's going to skyrocket. Buy cheap here, around a million shares or more, and just wait for the fireworks.
