U 2. ya already lost a ton so any upward movement for any reason is a positive :). I read up a little more on shell companies and RFNS would be a good candidate (limited or no debt, no lawsuits etc...) so I have hope. I worry about the pupmers making it obvious and scaring off potential investors. they make it look like a scam.
