Who knows? Taxes, location, rent, convenience, local and state laws. Starting to look a little like "were hoping" than anything concrete. Kinda speculative at this point. I will wait for .002 and take a position. That's where I would be comfortable with this.

False alarm. No merger. The company is moving to DE from FL. The filing said merged. They are merging, but there is no new company.

To make it simple, they moved, that's it. Everything else is speculation.
