This will no doubt hit .0006 at some point in time, but will most likely not go over that. Buying at .0004 and selling at .0006 is a 50% gain! If you're not willing to take that, you have no business trading this stock. FLTT is and always has been a flip for smart money. Those who bought this as an investment and think it will take off again are delusional. You need to take a series of small flips and gains to get some of your money back, or move on.
