Because unlike the insiders i wont get any revised options to compensate..They dont care about a r/s along as they get issued options every now and then it all evens out.. I buy more stock than most so i think you can understand my concern of loading 300-400,000 shares early and then getting hit with a 1/5 or 10 r/s.
If i miss this train,guess what,there are millions more ;-)
