JL - I don't have the answers. Since I'm not planning to buy, I won't try to find them. I spend a lot of time looking at, and trying to evaluate, insider trading, though, and something like what the CoB did just looks a little "odd".
Was he loaned the money by the company? Is it just a cosmetic purchase? I don't know...
On the other hand, the fact that the insiders haven't bought any in a long time certainly speaks well of their understanding of the market for their stock <g>
