just because a maturity date is reached doesn't mean the debt holder must convert at that time. they can wait for a moment (or price) they feel is most advantageous. this is why i find it so interesting that we've seen conversions this last week.

any conversions (OS increases) that have been made lately are for debt that was incurred at least six months ago...or more...hope everyone understands this..
