On February 4, 2013, we entered into an agreement with Medical Marijuana, Inc. (MJNA.PK) whereby Medical Marijuana, Inc. agreed to purchase from the Company either directly, or through one or more of its subsidiaries, up to $15,000,000 of its requirements for raw hemp product. The purchase price will be $25,000 per kilo of product until the time its aggregate purchases equal $7,500,000, at which time the per kilo price will be adjusted to $10,000 per kilo until an aggregate of $15,000,000 in purchases from the Company.
