well they are a pink so they don't have to file an 8K, which, by the way is late for some other companies ;).

MJNA will be releasing a PR before Tuesdays trading session and I would hope they release details as to what this means for MJNA etc.

Until then we can only guess, but it does seem that MJNA will be the majority owner of that other company when all is said and done.
