Any EU- Approvals in the EU are only permitted for any cosmetics or nutrition or pharmaceutics as only by the EU central organized EMA Commission in Brussels !!
It definitely does not exists any such approval and any national approval for the above matters are prohibited !
If it would exist as an EU public act it for anybody by internet could be downloaded, but regrettably not exist !!
