One of it seems now like several over the next month IMO The couple things we found this week alone seem to dictate we don't even know half the story actually. Throw in retiring a billion shares and let'er rip.
Doesn't seem like HUGE NEWS to me - it'll just be another piece of the puzzle. PRPM is not going to RUN out of '000's based on a solitary PR but rather a series of PR's and developments that attract the right investment dynamic.
Now it is official. We'll get a huge PR next week:

Good day Boris:
Please understand as a public company, the U.S.' SEC (United States' Securities and Exchange Commission) dictates every aspect of public companies' disclosures. No details of any kind may be disseminated to a select group, even if the select group are shareholders of the public company.
I assure you the current Management of ACYD has not, nor will not, at any time knowingly violate the dictates of the U.S. SEC or any other governing entity that ACYD must abide by. Thank you in advance for your understanding in these matters as I attempt to continue to answer your questions with high regard of ACYD's legal requirements and responsibilities.

Sounds to me like Eddie Vakser is in violation of the very laws as stated to you by David Gray above. Whether Vakser divulged any of the specifics or not is immaterial. The mere fact that he is telling a few select people that a PR is coming is, on the face of it, highly suspect. IMO if he wants to make shareholders aware of any forthcoming announcements then he needs to do so in a formal, above board way.
