it is the audited Dec. 31, 2012 10K that MDBX is claiming that it is going to file, not the 2013 Q1.

how many times have you seen pink stocks claim that they were going to file audited financials, only to find out that they delay them for months, sometimes years?

Time will tell. But it seems counter-intuitive that Medbox would spend months telling investors they will file in Q1 and then fail to deliver.
