What I said was that the preferred shares were not inluded in the financials statements of the company, mainly the balance sheet, as required when preferred shares are issued and outstanding.

Then you have a slam dunk case, right?

Call OTC ASAP and let them know MDBX didn't included the preferred shares on the balance sheet.......AS REQUIRED, according to you, and maybe they will be downgraded and/or the SEC will shut them down PRONTO.
