actually Yoda 99% perception 1% reality!! #1. As clearly outlined in the 3 premarkman cases VRNG,PRKR, and VHC there were all significant moves 2 to 4 months before their respective Matrkman's. Anybody just playing the pre-runup was an enormous winner!!!!!
The 2nd way we win is holding Post Markman for another potentially dramatic move up. There will be guys playing for $1 to $1.25 Pre markman and others going for the whole 9 yards!!! So my point even though I believe we will win to win in this stock its not necessary given the track record of the other names I illustrated!!
