That says he merged the Reliant Florida corp into the new Delaware Corp he set up last month. What merger are you guys talking about. The sunbiz ammendment is just moving the same company from Florida to Delaware. That is not a merger he is just changing the state he incorporates the shell in.Is there a merger also besides switching states?

They are moving fast they just set up a Delaware Corp same name, look for the words merge out to show up under events on Sunbiz next.Established the Delaware Corp the day before the 1/16 Sunbiz ammendment
