This company has never had anything worth talking about, other than the laughable "new directions" that crop up every couple of years, and then trail off into oblivion.
There is still no evidence of a reverse merger, other than with some goofy poorly written forward-looking statement by the same grifter crew who brought about the Swiss bank BS acquisition, the bogus barter bank acquisition, the software cloud computing acquisition, the mining acquisition, blah blah blah, splat.
