I could tell everyone; I loved today's 8K. It clearly tells you the banker is 100% confident of this deal closing and the company now has the monies needed to start securing drilling equipment etc.
Everyone on the board needs to really examine the facts which are all pointing in the right direction.
BTW, I'm guessing that site visit has already taken place (I don't think you would have had today's 8K without that).
