dont know what he/she uses but you can do that with quotetracker - best deal out there imo, free, but I pay just to support them, $60 a year and wires right into scottrade. No an advertisement, just my experience.
Takes a little getting used to but if you use mikeys method on stockhideout you can expose a bunch of the functionality pretty easily - that is what I rec people do.
