Hi Darrell - nice to finally meet you here. I don't call telling the truth bashing. Do you? If you do, then you're not going to like my response.

I just can't stand liars and thieves like you and your partner in crime, Daryn with this company. All of the shareholders deserve better, wouldn't you agree?

If you only have a tiny investment here in IBCS then you probably won't lose your house over this train wreck of a company, will you? But with that S-8, you and Daryn have got quite a bit at stake and will attack anyone who starts to point out the truth like I'm doing here.

IBCS issued a false press release yesterday claiming it had picked up Clear Channel Communications' (CCU) WTKS FM in the Orlando, FL market as a new affiliate of IBCS programming. It's a total lie. The Program Director of WTKS, Katherine Brown, and I talked today and she confirmed that the PR was false and she had made so such comments as were attributed to her in that false PR. Right now it's in the hands of CCU attorneys - not a pleasant place for IBCS to be, wouldn't you say?

Then it came out today that IBCS is stealing CNN Radio News feeds. That's a no no and the folks at CNN and Westwood One are none too happy about it. Now, IBCS has TIMEWARNER on its case as well. You boys aren't very bright, are you?

But wait, there's more - IBCS has apparently never paid ASCAP, BMI or SESAC, the major music licensing agencies in the world, any music licensing fees for all the music it has played over the years on its Internet radio network. You're going to get clipped on all of that too.

So take all of that and then look at that PR about the company supposedly have a suitor for a reverse merger project and all these new and exciting affiliates who have allegedly committed but the company couldn't name and you tell me, does this sound like a real company? Does this sound like a group of people to whom any smart person would want to entrust their money? Is this company even going to be around by the end of the year?

So Darrell, since you are responsible along with Daryn, have a nice day for the rest of today. Just be prepared for litigation that will curl you hair and shut this very sick puppy down for good. You and your partner have made a total mess of all of this.

So, quick, come back with some snappy rejoinder to this post... but the hard cold facts are stated above and you know it and now everyone else on this forum does too.
