The bank was closed on 07/23/2010, not 09/2012! Since they filed the
CH7 in this month we should see HVYBQ very soon. The shell stock has
nothing to report until the RM or BO deal kicks in...

0.0053 x 0.05 now. It is ready for the multiple pennies very soon! I saw San Luis Trust bank stock with the almost exact same situation: no ending Q and no any filing at all after FDIC closure!
Why the USA bank stocks are such special after the bankruptcy?
