Maybe they should of hired you did you go to school to be a CPA do you know every little thing about the company I think not. I do agree they don't add up but there is most likely a reason behind this you can not comprehend because you do not have the same informal the auditor now do you

The old numbers weren't audited, the new numbers are.
That's why audits are done.

I honestly think you should contact Medical Marijuana, Inc. for some of these answers you seek instead of asking folks on a message board. Many of the folks here, although not CPAs, are well studied on this company you seem to have so much doubt about. Expect biased answers here is all I'm saying. Approach respectfully and expect that returned.

Also, I am pretty sure the Dixie X line of products (are you familiar?) hit the market in the 4th quarter of 2012 and brought in a LOT of revenue. That may explain the big difference between Q3 and Q4.

Like someone else said, trust the new numbers when they come out.
