Audited Q3 financials have not been released yet, right? We are still waiting on 2011 and 2012 audits to be released. What are you making a stink about?

Do people only look in the rear view mirror when driving on the freeway? I feel most people wouldn't care if their 3rd quarter 2012 financials get restated. Living in the present is key if you'd like to make money on this.

A) They just released audited 4th quarter financials which jives with the numbers they released pre-audit.

B) They have 35 Million dollars locked away in revenue for 2013.

C) They are opening a facility in California.

D) They are about the launch many new products including CBD gum (Anyday now).

E) The fact that Colorado is the newest MJ world tourist attraction and this company operates in the center of it all.

If the Up-Listing process means restating quarters in the past then so be it. Getting up-listed to OTCQX is huge and a great sign for a company.
