Call it what you want, but it is a newer version of the report originally posted on the now-defunct GDSM website. If you remember, it was yanked off the GDSM website, replaced by a note that GDSM was waiting on an updated report from GDSM. Never saw an updated report until now, posted on another scam mining company website. Looks like GDSM is on the outside looking in.
As for no signature, these kinds of reports rarely have actual signatures (or registration stamps). However, the authors are Jenkins and Chaffee according to what is on the title page.
