Hey Pennies,

I don't want folks to think that those early hours are the ONLY time to trade and if you missed it you're just up the creek. I have several medical issues that always seem to prevent me from doing just the basic things that so many others take for granted (like breathing).

I think what's much more important is that the time you do use for trading is productive. 10% a week folks! That's the mantra!!

The use of the fib boxes as my main source of entries and exits are a GAME CHANGER!! Now you accompany this main source of info with whatever you are comfortable with, the tunnel, TDI, MACD, the cloud, whatever.

Now your dangerous folks! I went back to live trading because of this info! And most of my trading takes place after 12:00 pm each day!!! Pips are Pips and we really need to stress the importance of quality trades. There are opportunities all day long.

Just thought I'd share my experiences as well. I really wish I could hit those early hours and then my whole day would be free. But we work with what we have and thank God for the opportunity He gave us.

Like I said in the past, I'd much rather have the ability to do what we do instead of being like other folks that just complain that life gave 'em a raw deal......

I have been doing it myself for years, but it has caught up with me. I have to be up by 6 am to get to work, so if I traded the London open that puts me in bed around 4am giving me roughly 2 hours of sleep a night. With only 2 hours of sleep a night, I tend to fall asleep when I get home from work around 6 pm and do not get to spend time with the kids and the wife.
