Wrong information. Nothing is coming together for MDHI. The last Medipendant Costco Fall Promo produced sales way below expectations, remember? No Costco additional Medipendant advertising has been seen since then. Why? No money? There are no financials showing any MDHI profitability and no evidence of any big insurance carrier. MDHI CEO Ronald Adams was also a failure at that NASDAQ company. That was definitely not a feather in his cap! No intelligent person would expand when demand for the product was shrinking and create more debt than revenue. Sounds like MDHI, doesn't it? Same pattern. Can't stop what's coming for MDHI. What will come first? R/S or BK? It's not like it hasn't happened before. Look >>>> Quote: Harvey Adams is chief executive of Consolidated Stainless and Ronald Adams is president. Quote: expanded when demand for its products shrank. ''Their debt service was greater than their revenue
Hear the MDHI story of profits?? LOL!! Hear it?? We want to see the profits. Funny, there's no MDHI financials showing profitability, to be found anywhere. Why all the MDHI dilution if profitable? I guess that "story of profits" that CEO Ronnie handed us again was really just another fairy tale. Wonder why CEO Ronnie wouldn't say that a MDHI R/S would not happen, when he was asked about that? Hmmmm!! Watch for a R/S or BK. BTW, CEO Ronnie's NASDAQ company also ended in failure, remember? :((( The MDHI failures also continue to mount so yes, what's coming can't be stopped. :(((
Yikes, here's another huge MDHI failure. Remember MotorBooster? It was previously Joe Noel's scam fuel pill that MDHI CEO Ronnie Adams picked up and tried to scam consumers with? Remember that? I never could figure out why a company called Medical Alarm Concepts, Inc. would add the scam fuel pill MotorBooster to go along with the Medipendant. Of course, now I know the connection between the MDHI CEO Ronnie and his buddy, the MotorBooster King, Joe Noel. Joe Noel was also given shares of MDHI. It all makes sense now, doesn't it. :((( Look >>>
Here's what is left of that now defunct MotorBooster website and the failed MDHI product MotorBooster. Consumers didn't fall for that scam. They were too smart. Notice how MDHI used the word "proven" in that PR headline above? http://motorbooster.com/
MDHI CEO ran a $60 Million NASDAQ company from inception.
Costco + Big Insurance Carrier = MDHI .20pps
MediPendant is selling 24/7, and Rapidly Growing a Strong Monthly Recurring Revenue stream that made them PROFITABLE
Per CEO on CC, I think it's sums it up. MDHI is ready to blow up, .10pps achievable in 2013. As I indicated a little while ago, I wanted to give you a little bit of flavor relative to our expected revenues and growth rate for calendar 2013. We continue to experience strong growth at the retail level and our Internet orders are strong, but as I indicated we don't think were taking full advantage of this channel. We have a couple of new things going relative to large call centers, which should drive additional growth and our international prospects look really good for this year. Based on these parameters we are expecting revenue of approximately $2.5 million this calendar year. This, however, is based just on the programs that are currently in place. Some of the additional “elephants” we are hunting would add significantly to this number - as would China and the other international opportunities, which are not factored into this forecast. So, we fill comfortable at the $2.5 million revenue level for calendar 2013, but as I indicated it could be higher. An additional wild card, is the very large insurance carrier contract we are currently bidding, I have not factored this contract into the equation, but should it occur, the $2.5 million revenue estimate would be significantly low.
MDHI will only grow larger and larger, as will it's Monthly Recurring Revenue and Yearly Recurring Revenue.
Costco was just the start, BIGGER News coming :))))))
