people will have all that extra spending money going into the winter & holidays to invest in this shakey market , because some analysts are saying it "so" cheap.

No, still neutral, we start weak and then close strong, as long as that pattern is maintained, got to stay neutral. INTC took $25, quite an achievement, IBM is threatening to take out $85 (I am planning to short it just under that level), the bu$$ keeps above $13, all quite bullish for now. Cash at around 40% (forced since VPHM was acting against me....)
