I know Peter ...he is not sophisticated, legally compliant, he just "wings" it. He is not a strong CEO that you would expect an announcement to be correctly presented.
I agree that no CEO would ever filter key information via a single rumor mill,....shades of Martha Stewart...but international shipping is truly the last of the unregulated world industries....there are very few laws in international waters. The people who have years of experience in this industry have a very hard time making an adjustment to the corporate US world of laws, rules, regulations, finance, corporate filings, disclosures, etc...
Hopefully he will have a great PR. But if it is not released by Monday morning, I am sure this stock will take a major dive...possibly to the .0000's
