They have been diluting very carefully, very wisely. I've never seen a company do so well at "good dilution". I really think they are doing everything that they can to get this company back to the NASDAQ.
So you think they already have diluted, not that they will in April? Or is it both. So if they want to get back on the big boards, I am a little confused how increasing the OS will help. I do understand a RS...
