Likley less than truckload if its ground in Canada. Then a full load to go over the border. No fun crossing the border at anytime with a truck so they try to make full loads. If its ground in US it should be able to go directly to the plant.

Umm, I think he is saying that the ground up plastic comes FROM the recycling plant, not goes to it....
