I think it's a combination of factors including institutional investors, momentum, and positive news and guidance in their quarterly reports. It was dead money for a few months from July through January because there was no momentum but I have a feeling they are going to crush it on earnings and announce new business around their earnings.
Extremely conservatively, they are worth $4. If valued more in line with what I anticipate it's worth in the mid-6 range. With a new contract announcement, more. They have invested in equipment, insiders have bought, and the shares outstanding has remained the same. It all signals strength.
