Absolutely. The March 15th date is simply the 'reserved' date should the case continue. It's actually good news that there is a date. She will make her judgement before 3/15, probably next week as the other judges did.

Judges want settlements. They try to push both parties to settle. When she rules in CIRC's favor, that could be the impetus for Playboy to settle this.
