We may say this is a challenging business but GZ has managed well so far. Walmart quitted DVD rental buzz because it is not their core buzz. BBI lost because it is not its core buzz too. It's hard to operate brick-and-mortar business and online business together and make both profitable, because one will eat another's lunch.
