no what validates P2O/P2F is proof of concept

current media darling that literally took 2 decades
to change out *retails'* thinking of brick and mortar shopping
went 17Q's as a pubco b4 showing a *profit* .. of course that
was a different *era* and *protection level* >> not provided via the OTC

what will be interesting to see is what JBI's mgmt PR's/files
after the court *officially* signs off ..

it could be the K (fy 2012) .. due mid March or something else entirely
