I was so worried about this that I went fishing today. Superior and it's stake holder (shareholders) will come out fine on the other end. My guess is drilling prep never slowed down over this stock hiccup.

Trust me...these shareholders arent going away emptied handed...i am almost sure about that.....to much money at stake....

It doesn't make any sense to me. I spoke with SE over the phone (he has the sydney flu) and his opinion is that everything will get resolved in due course. If not we'll own some direct interests in oil wells. Bottom line.

Trader, you also bring up a point that SE touched on. A public company is used to raise money and energy company's always have a need. He does not believe for a second this is over and done. That doesn't make sense.
